To achieve this, we use our knowledge and many years of experience. Our efforts are appreciated by our clients, who recommend us to their friends. Currently (2026), we support over 500 self-employed clients.
Our Story
Taxpol Ltd was founded in London in November 2007. The company’s first office was located in Ealing Common. In August 2008, we opened a second office, this time in East London, in Stratford. In 2011, the Ealing Common office was moved to Greenford. Over time, an increasing amount of our client support began to be provided online and by telephone. In 2014, we closed the Stratford office and continued to develop our remote services. In 2023, we finally closed the Greenford office and moved entirely to online and telephone-based support. Over the years, many accountants worked in our London offices — without their dedication and hard work, the company’s development would not have been possible. Since 2023, all accounting matters have been handled personally by Ela. In 2026, Oscar joined the team. Taxpol is now a family-run business, which allows us to maintain stable operations, direct contact with clients and competitive service prices.

Elżbieta Paprotny (Rabiega)
Owner. A qualified accountant with many years of professional experience in both Poland and the UK. She obtained her chief accountant diploma in 2000 from the Lublin Business School. For 7 years, she worked at the tax advisory office of J. Baranowska in Lublin. She also worked with certified auditor K. Ulińska. Before founding Taxpol, she worked in two Polish accounting offices in London. Since 2007, she has worked at Taxpol Ltd as a Senior Accountant, Nominated Officer, Bookkeeper, Self-Assessment & Tax Advisor. She supports clients remotely — online and by telephone. Artur Paprotny
Owner and Director. He represents and co-manages the company. He is also responsible for promoting the office, as well as organisational and technical matters. In Poland, he worked as a press publisher and director of an advertising company. After moving to the UK, he initially worked in various manual roles, both as an employee and as a self-employed person. He worked with Polish community media as a reporter and journalist. Oscar Paprotny
Oscar has worked at Taxpol since January 2026 as a Junior Office Assistant. His main responsibilities include updating information on the website using HTML and the WordPress platform. He is also learning how to use Google Workspace. Email: oscar@taxpol.ltd.uk
